opam will push mingw i686 to the top of PATH, even if we are doing a 64-bit build. This will cause incorrect DLLs to be copied in the packaging step. The fix (for now) is to ignore the PATH set by opam.

This is a "fix" (more a workaround) for a problem where 64-bit Windows executable was erroneously packaged with 32-bit DLLs.
