- A bit of code-base style matching.
- Move the millicharged construction out of the main to the physics utility construction bit.
- Include the millicharged test.
- Document unknown cherenkov physics options.
- Fix type casting of cherenkov physics options.
- Improve doxygen.
- Better implementation of name matching in cuts and limits class.
