Update logo and favicon with new branding

Summary

• Replace all site logo and favicon assets with the new Elixir Companies purple factory design
• Updated 8 files: main logo PNG, favicon ICO, 5 favicon PNGs (16x16, 32x32, 150x150, 180x180, 192x192), and Safari pinned tab SVG
• No code changes required — all filenames remain the same so existing references in BaseLayout.astro work unchanged

Test Steps

1. Run npm run dev and open the site in a browser
2. Verify the navbar logo shows the new purple factory icon
3. Verify the footer logo shows the new purple factory icon
4. Check the browser tab favicon displays the new icon
5. On mobile or using DevTools, verify the apple-touch-icon renders correctly
6. Inspect the page source to confirm all favicon <link> tags still resolve
