- Enforce minimum node version to prevent Error 'TypeError [ERR_UNKNOWN_FILE_EXTENSION]: Unknown file extension ".ts"'
- test: override localStorage and friends on new Node versions
- ci: test on latest node
Node.JS added its own implementation - for consistency and to not have to specify a localstorage destination file, use the one from JSDOM.
