Bumps `facet` from 0.44.0 to 0.45 and `facet-core` from 0.44.0 to 0.45, following upstream facet-rs/facet#2167. Other facet-* ecosystem crates (facet-reflect, facet-format, facet-json, etc.) received compatible patch bumps pulled in via `cargo update`.
