What changed
Rewrote the README opening around a familiar integration failure: an Odoo order
being delivered twice or not at all.
Why
The previous copy led with engineering terms. The new copy explains the business
consequence first, then links to the same contract, reconciliation, and delivery
materials.
Impact
Partners and Odoo owners can see why idempotency and reconciliation matter before
reading the technical detail. No contract templates or public-data boundaries
changed.
