Overview
Removes the Helm extension / Helm 扩展 sidebar entries under Application package in the English and Chinese developer sidebars so that topic is no longer listed in the guide navigation.
Adds permanent redirects from
/developer/develop/package/extensionand/zh/developer/develop/package/extensionto/developer/develop/app-sys-injected-variables(and the Chinese equivalent), so bookmarks and external links to the old extension URL land on the system-injected variables doc instead of breaking.Reviewed by Cursor Bugbot for commit 6ec51b5.
