This PR removes the deprecated
actions-rs/toolchainaction from the test workflow.The workflow was installing Rust twice, which can lead to inconsistent behavior,
especially when extending CI to additional targets (e.g. ARM).
The test suite continues to run on native runners only and behavior is unchanged.
