Refs beeware/briefcase#2337.
The new Briefcase web backend defers all control of static web deployment to the GUI toolkit that is installed; as such, a specific reference to Briefcase in style content is out of place.
This renames the style file to
style.css, so that it is "Briefcase agnostic."There are still Briefcase references in the file (such as the splash screen) - but those are Briefcase-specific features that will work regardless of the GUI toolkit in use.
