[codex] update quickstart quizzes

Summary

• Rewrite the Web3 QuickStart quizzes for first transaction, useful sites, and security lessons to match the 2026 course rewrites.
• Cover nonce ordering, gas fields, transaction simulation, the 2026 Web3 tool map, Permit2, blind signing, EIP-7702 phishing, and related safety checks.
• Add quiz coverage tests that keep these three lessons at five questions and assert the new concepts stay represented.

Validation

• npx vitest run src/features/quiz/__tests__/quizData.test.js
• npm test (passed; sandbox printed external DNS warnings for blocked buymeacoffee.com / github.com fetches)
• npm run lint

Notes

• AGENTS.md was checked and did not need updates because the existing quiz guidance already covers the data shape and test expectations.
