provide some details from sync

I was trying to figure out why ubsync doesn't synchronize photos into my next cloud. It seems it doesn't provide any information into log.

But it might be better to have an switch on the settings page, and have he variable in the ini file to turn it off instead of constantly putting all into the log file (I think, that silent should be default).

Are you able to propose this? Otherwise, I'll put it on my todo list for the future :-)
