This is just a pretty standard UI convention that I'm always missing in qikec.
If the user provides a user name on the command line, focus the password field. If they provide a password too, focus the connect button.
I jump onto and off of the VPN several times a day. Reentering my password every time is pretty annoying. If I leave the qikec up, why shouldn't it remember my password for me?
