- simplified font management - added support for page coordinate system in tikz using - support bg color for the background template - a few other minor changes
- 'dist' creates a new directory and copy there the PDF and all the needed videos - 'force' forces recompilation even if the .tex was not modified

Hi,
I found that doBasicFont option not working, so tried to fix it.
Also I don't have pygmentyze for minted, so I add option to use minted, turned off by default.
