Feature request: Easily share annotations between team-members

This tool is very useful as an accelerator for our team (no more vague prompting or minutes of searching by the agent).

Yet it's only used by developers. Our PM wants to be able to add annotations and send them our way.

I didn't find a way to do this.

Shared feedback needs explicit session ownership, reconnect and replay behavior. We are keeping this open with #116; server event streaming alone does not complete the team workflow.
