Bug: Agentation MCP annotations empty even when connecting properly and added annotations

I've connected the MCP successfully to the Agent and it's able to interact with it and call tools, but it is unable to read the actual added annotations the tool calls just returns 0 and I have to manually copy the annotations from the frontend

Please double-check that you provided the prop for the component: <Agentation endpoint="http://localhost:4747" />
Otherwise, the component will use LocalStorage only

The toolbar needs endpoint pointing to the same HTTP server as the agent, for example <Agentation endpoint="http://localhost:4747" />. the documentation includes that step and a browser-to-agent check. Does the empty result persist with endpoint configured? Leaving this open until we confirm whether that explains it.
