Popups/Popover components are closed when activating extension

Using Base UI components, I'm unable to use agentation for any components that have any sort of popover. Activating the extension triggers the popover to close

Agentation 3.1.0 adds portalContainer for mounting Agentation within a host dialog or popover boundary. the documentation has the integration recipe. Base UI and native-dialog checks pass in Chrome; could you retest your setup with it? We will keep this open until that case is confirmed.
