Update to Pagy - 5.5.1

Changes?

• Update- track pagy gem to latest version: 5.5.1
• Update seed.rb to allow for sizable collection of movie records to be created, with gaps. Change made as a result of the discussion in #6, and implementation grafted from @ddnexus implementation noted there.

Update to Pagy - 5.4.0

• Rails app updated to keep lock-step with the latest pagy version: 5.4.0.

Main change:

• A new branch where a demo of pagy's calendar is incorporated: pagy calendar navigation
