Repository for DSGRN computations on my PhD Thesis

This repository contains the source files and examples for my PhD thesis ``A Combinatorial Topological Method for the Global Dynamics of Parameterized ODEs'' submitted to Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of PhD in Mathematics.

Structure

  • src/DSGRN_utils/: source files to generate multivalued maps and Conley-Morse graphs
  • examples/: jupyter notebook with examples presented in Chapter 16

Running Code

  • Check examples/Chapter16.ipynb and install dependencies.
  • Run the code associated to Chapter 16, Section 16.x, Example 16.x.y as described
