Starting to update parts of the cookbook per advice from a Presentation Champion. Main thing has been removing chart text (titles, subtitles, captions) from images, so that they can be read by a screen reader. Have also elaborated on the alt-text, again removed from images, to draw attention to the parts of the graph of interest from a docs reader perspective.
