Add SPA06 / SPL07 support where applicable
Cleanup configurations
- Update timer map
- Remove dashboard
- Add missing timer map for CAMERA_CONTROL on KAKUTEF7V2
- Remove gyro 2 SPI instance on KAKUTEF7MINIV3
