Updated the Avenant document template to simplify the display of financial and duration incidences using new formatting filters. Introduced an accordion for "Informations Marché" to enhance user experience. Added filters for formatting monetary values and duration incidences in a single line. Updated tests to reflect these changes and ensure proper rendering of the new structure.

Calculer is_true coté views (forcer data.incidence_bpu à etre un bool) mais sinon c'est ok.
