Remplace la modale locale de CardCarcasse et les liens des registres (collecteur, ETG, SVI) par un point d'entrée unique. Store Zustand UI `useCarcasseModal` ouvrable depuis n'importe où, modale singleton montée dans App.tsx, header identifiable (espèce, bracelet, statut), 4 onglets (Identité, Traçabilité, Intermédiaires, Inspection SVI) avec onglet par défaut et actions calculés via `getCarcasseCapabilities` selon le rôle et l'état de la carcasse. Phase 1 : onglets en lecture. Les actions intermédiaires/SVI restent sur les pages existantes via un bouton "Ouvrir la fiche pour agir".
