Once the Bevy Book is launched, we can remove a great deal of redundant content from the Quick Start Guide, and simply link to the Bevy Book. Yay!
Fixes #2413, but I also spotted a few other related problems while I was here. Review commit-by-commit!
Technically blocked: this PR should be merged at approximately the same time as the PR to undraft the Book.
That said, we're getting close, and I would like to have consensus on this ahead of time so we're not left hanging.
