Prevent AI from blocking factory exits

Summary

• treat any factory without an explicit exit-side entry like a factory and reserve a generous apron around it
• shared helper module for factory/building rect outsets so the logic can be unit-tested
• added LuaUI test to assert apron sizing and lane-handling fallback
