Aavechan/skyward update core rsETH e-mode

• Updates the rsETH LST E-Mode to include WETH as a borrowable asset
• Modifies E-Mode label from "rsETH LST main" to "rsETH__ETH_wstETH_ETHx"
• Updates generator script for ACI authored proposals

Pre-review checklist:
