I don't know why the tests have failed in the first place. I found an updated container https://quay.io/repository/bgruening/mitohifi?tab=tags&tag=latest so I try this one now. |

I get 127 errors "mitohifi.py: command not found" errors with either container. Although the quay.io/bgruening/mitohifi:3_galaxy0 one seem to work ok on main, so I don't know why the tests fail either |

the genbank reference is a required input and the tools takes only one fasta and one genbank reference
