`tp_text_file_with_recurring_lines` wrongly/unexpectedly substitutes `;` with `X`

Probably a bug?

Reproduce:

1. https://usegalaxy.eu/root?tool_id=toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/bgruening/text_processing/tp_text_file_with_recurring_lines/9.5+galaxy3
2. Use a;b;c for the characters and User defined number set to 1
3. Observe that the text produced is aXbXc and not a;b;c

That looks like a sanatizing step from Galaxy.
