@babel/preset-envfrom 7.x to 8.0.2 inpackage.json, with a large lockfile refresh that pulls in Babel 8 preset plugins, updated polyfill packages (babel-plugin-polyfill-corejs31.0.0,@babel/helper-define-polyfill-provider1.0.0), and drops the older corejs2/regenerator polyfill plugins from the tree..babelrcis unchanged (still only lists the preset with defaults), so there is no new Babel config in this PR.
