fix(catalyst): CATALYST-1537 Disable filters that are no longer available based on selection

What/Why?

Ensure that facets are disabled when there are no longer any products available based on the selection.

Additionally, fixed an issue where toggling filters would not cause the product list to be updated, but instead would display stale data from the last selected filter.

Testing

Tested locally with production build

Before fix, filters aren't disabled when there aren't any options/products left:
