Hey @pablopareja. I'm opening a pull-request for this branch to be able to discuss this.
First, I don't understand, why there is a dependency on some (I guess old)
"bio4j" % "bio4j" % "0.12.0-SNAPSHOT"and no use of typed-graphs stuff.Maybe I'm just not up to date with the plans on this part of the project...
