Multi-omic analysis reveals transkingdom dysbiosis in metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD)

Description

This repository contains the analysis programs used for the study that delve into how the gut microbiome is altered in the metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) among 713 participants (211 MASLD cases) in Micro-N (nested within the Nurses' Health Study II).
