New provider for inn: dotad

This PR curates a new publication about DOTAD, the first database dedicated exclusively to therapeutic antibody developability information. DOTAD aggregates therapeutic antibody sequence data with comprehensive developability metrics including aggregation propensity, immunogenicity risk, stability, and manufacturability to support computational modeling and therapeutic antibody development. The database uses standardized INN as identifiers for therapeutic antibodies.

Could this just be a search for international nonproprietary names (INNs)? Those are string literals and I don’t think qualify to get registered as an identifier space.

I agree with #1730 (comment), this is a potentially useful resource but it sees to be resolving INNs. INNs come from a published list by the WHO so can be considered a closed vocabulary and we already have a prefix inn for it, so this could be curated as a provider for inn.
