Deprecated feature in cobrapy package

The function find_gene_knockout_reactions from the cobra.manipulation.delete was deleted in the 0.25.0 realease of cobrapy. The FSEOF method gives an error using newer versions of cobrapy.

Cameo needs to be either updated with cobrapy 0.25 APIs or be pinned to a lower version of cobrapy (you can get around it like in here).
