From the SQL PioReactor tables, timestamp_localtime is not present, but timestamp in UTC format is. So allow to use timestamp in case timestamp_locatime is not present.
(Initially we had the option to show the time axis with timestamps, but most users are only interested in relative timepoints in hours)
