Update MSRV (Minimum Supported Rust Version) to 1.85

Follow-ups

  • Use rust edition 2024. Most of the files will need to be re-formatted

Changelog notice

- Raise project MSRV to 1.85.0
- Removed pinned dependencies
- Added `check no-std` to ci
