No just normal utf8, I'll try editing the weapon prof description done |

i have no clue what the issue is, you can just skip teleport and merge just weaponprof if you want |

I would also recommend against putting such a large description int he pyproject - you're never going to be able to read all that in game. Instead you can add it directly to the entry in the mod db. |
