This PR proposes README clarifications on top of Ben Wong’s add-renxtquery-connector branch.

Summary:

• clarifies connector setup language
• updates wording for gateway/service steps (MSFT terms have changed)
• refines instructions for connector selection and Power BI service configuration
• updates link to Sky Developer category on Blackbaud Community
