Pins the existing For You generator as the first saved feed for new accounts with a myatproto.social handle, while preserving configured defaults and starter-pack feed order. Other handle domains remain unchanged.
Tests: focused Jest suite, TypeScript typecheck, ESLint, Prettier, and diff checks.
