This updates the compute-heavy CI, book, and benchmark jobs to use Depot runners on the upstream bluealloy/revm repository, while preserving ubuntu-latest fallbacks for forks. The runner selection follows the conditional pattern used by Reth and keeps lightweight/status/deploy jobs on GitHub-hosted runners.
