@maffettone, @ronpandolfi, the tests are unblocked now. Could you have a look at the tsuchinoko-related failures? I don't think I know enough to be able to debug. |

@mrakitin Looks like its a result of changes in gpcam and fvgp. I've fixed it in tsuchinoko for now. Is there a good way to put dict data in an event doc field? One of the state variables for the gp is a kwargs that gets passed to the acquisition function. I've fixed it temporarily by making it a string. I'd rather not merge it in, since its open-form kwargs and could have conflicts. |

This PR cleans up the disk space to allow for the installation of all libraries and pulling the docker images used for testing.
