This PR contains the current state of my RIVA TNT2 M64 (NV6) emulation. Most of the 2D features implemented, but 3D is still to do.
Compatibility list I did use RIVA TNT2 M64 emulation:
Windows ME (BSOD, didn't work when it installing NVIDIA drivers)
Windows XP (imperfectly works, but welcome screen text/start button text/title bar text was not rendered at all, but hopefully someone can fix it.)
