Minimum changes necessary to pull and clean up providers for a Jan 2026 cache release, most of which were from provider releases at the end of 2025. Saves as a single parquet file and does not update provenance processes. Also saves all files to the folder
data/2026with no subfolders for provider, which is a change from previous structure.
