Why?
Was working on a project using UTC times and was testing around Daylight Savings Time when I realized that
Config.end_of_workdayhad something to handle midnight closing times, but only if the hours are configured throughwork_hours=and notend_of_workday=What?
Move the "is closing time midnight? Return 1 second before that instead" check outside of the branch handling when the
dayargument is present.
