- Set HUSKY=0 environment variable to disable git hooks in CI - Prevents commitlint from blocking semantic-release commits - Semantic-release commit messages can contain long URLs in changelog This fixes the 'body's lines must not be longer than 100 characters' error that was preventing semantic-release from creating release commits.
