Was this tested using a local repository?
I had an issue where I was trying to install mfc42.dll, but the current file only installs mfc42u.dll. I changed the source of mfc42.yml so that both of them could be added.
I also clarified that mfc40 adds both mfc40.dll and mfc40u.dll.
