This project aims to make WebObs MC3 bulletin, SeisComP, and BPPTKG seismic bulletin database in sync. We make the web services to enable concurrent heavy processing can run in the background and sync the events via scheduler.

This project still uses ArclinkClient which only available using ObsPy version
1.2.x.
