feat: sync private backlog — 4 skills, 7 templates, kit.yaml

Summary

Additions-only sync of the private backlog (content authored Feb-Jul that never reached the public repo):

• 4 skills: ceos-assistance, ceos-cashflow (The 8 Cash Flow Drivers), ceos-lma (Leadership+Management=Accountability), ceos-trust
• 7 templates: assistance-daily, assistance-stack, cashflow-assessment, lma-assessment, quarterly-quick, trust-exercise, l10-meeting (update)
• kit.yaml: the Kit Contract v1 manifest (machine-readable kit identity + installer entry)

What this deliberately does NOT do

• No deletions, no overwrites of community-contributed work (ceos-trends, ceos-calendar, l10 Transcript Mode, and all other both-sides-changed files are untouched — those reconcile in a follow-up reviewed merge).
• Computed three-way against the Feb 13 merge-base: only files changed EXCLUSIVELY on the private side are included.

Context

First step of inverting the sync model: this public repo becomes canonical for all publishable content; the old one-way rsync --delete publish flow is retired (it would have destroyed contributor work).
