Known Issues
- It looks like image loading no longer works in the Windows x86 build (#31). Please use the AMD64 version; the x86 build is only for Windows XP.

In this release:
- Application renamed to OPL PC Tools (no more Open PlayStation 2 Loader PC Tools);
- Icon theme completely replaced with Tango icons for all operating systems. These icons look great in both light and dark themes;
- Added VMC management. Read-only so far. You can create VMCs and export data from them;
- Added editing of standard game configurations;
- Issue #6 addressed;
- And many other small improvements.
