• fixes DropIn crashing when trying to add Paypal payment method on Android 14 phones only #494, App Crashes upon returning from browser while rotating the screen in landscape mode #487, Adding drop in dependency causing crash #404, Drop in Crash Android 9 #403, DropIn PayPal process payment issue #379, Google Pay OR_BIBED_07 error #356 by adding proper handling in onSaveInstanceState (to fix crash)
• use LiveData backed by savedStateHandle so the result processing flow works with activity recreation
