• rops needed getrandom 0.3 in order to support WASM Enable WASM support gibbz00/rops#271
• cargo removed wasi (getrandom upgraded to wasip2), does that influence the wasm32-wasi and wasm32-wasip1 targets?

Please see PR #2752, which does almost the same thing, except that it requires at least 0.3.4 instead of 0.3, as I believe 0.3.4 is the first release that supports the wasm_js feature the way we expect to use it.
